1. The Kilmhor Suite is currently available for 18th Birthday Parties, this is subject to different pricing from other functions 

-Hall Hire= £150 (50 is a refundable deposit if the hall is returned in suitable condition)

-Stewarding Cost= £110 (additional stewards required for 18ths). 

2. Children attending functions must remain within the Kilmhor Suite. This is a legal requirment. 

3. No access to the main Kilmhor Suite Kitchen will be provided for functions. The smaller kitchen can be used purely for reheating purposes.

4. The Kilmhor Suite may have to be vacated by 5p.m. for afternoon functions, unless agree. For evening functions, the Kilmhor Suite must be fully within 15 minutes of the bar closing.

5. The hall cost for functions is £50. A deposit of £100 is required in all instances. £50 will be retained and £50 will be returned solely at the discretion of the Club. All of the deposit may be retained due to additional cleaning requirements, or damage to the premises. 

6. People already excluded from the Club may not attend functions. Should this be an issue, the person booking the function must seek specific permission from the Committee, in the writing, for the Committee to sanction entry. 

7. NO UNDER 18'S will be permitted, unless prior permission is granted, to attend privately organised ticketed events e.g. charity nights, and this should be printed on tickets sold. 

8. Where "Own Catering" has been provided, Dumbarton Harp Social Club assumes no liability for any adverse reactions that may occur due to food consumed at the function.
